When family and friends came over during the holidays how did we prepare. Did mom cook something special? \u00a0Did Dad tidy up the house? \u00a0Did you have to clean your room or put on your best clothes?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">John the Baptist wanted everyone to be ready for the Messiah. He taught them about God and baptized them so they would have a clean heart.
